Australian Beauty Therapy Academy (ABTA) is a Canberra based RTO offering nationally accredited, internationally recognised training in makeup and beauty industries. With the largest competitor in the region deciding to close its ACT campus, there was an opportunity to take market share in the region. 

We were engaged to develop a new growth and sales strategy. We started with a full marketing audit and strategy, developed a new sales lead management process, rebuilt the website, developed digital campaigns, media, social media and ATL regional TV.
